A Property Owner Perspective of Tax Lien Transfers

With ever-rising property taxes, Texans need choices. Protect My Texas Property (PMTP) represents over 1,500 Texans who want to maintain the ability of property owners to use tax lien transfer payment plans to pay their property taxes and to keep their property. Executive Director, Jim Arnold, responds to the Texas Bankers Association and explains why the banks want to limit consumer choice on how to settle a delinquent property tax bill.
